Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bell Captain to join our team at the Godwin Hotel & Resort. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.
Supervise and train staff members to achieve exceptional performance.
Implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Bell Captain or in a related field.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations and management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
