Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Business Development Manager (BDM) specializing in Client Acquisition for US Recruitment. The BDM will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients, developing and maintaining client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery. Day-to-day tasks include market research, client meetings, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals, while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.


Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify and target potential clients in the US market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored staffing solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and pricing terms.


Market Research & Lead Generation

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop strategies for lead generation through networking, cold calls, emails, and industry events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.


Sale & Business Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.


Team Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with the recruitment team to understand resource availability and client needs.
  • Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional content and campaigns.
  • Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings.


Candidate & Talent Pool Management

  • Collaborate with recruiters to understand candidate availability.
  • Develop a talent pipeline for quick deployment to client projects.
  • Maintain a database of qualified candidates for various IT skills.


Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development performance and forecasts.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and client satisfaction levels.


Compliance & Ethical Standards

  • Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and company standards in all dealings.
  • Keep updated with US employment laws and visa regulations pertinent to international staffing.


Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales & client management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of US visa processes and compliance regulations is a plus.
