Role Responsibilities Develop and implement effective field sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Identify potential clients through market research and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations on-site. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve business objectives. Provide insights on market trends and competitor activities to the management team. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities. Prepare and present regular sales reports to management. Work towards achieving individual and team sales quotas. Qualifications Proven experience in field sales or a related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
