Job Description: You will be joining a high-growth team that delivers cloud telephony and contact-center technology to enterprise and SMB customers in the Cloud Communications / SaaS industry across India. As a Field Sales Business Development Executive, your main role will be building regional market presence through direct field engagement. Your responsibilities will include driving regional revenue by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business accounts through in-person meetings and demos. You will also qualify leads, map customer needs to product capabilities, create tailored proposals, and manage the full sales cycle to closure. It is essential to maintain and update CRM records, pipeline status, and sales activity for accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups. Collaborating with pre-sales, implementation, and customer success teams will ensure smooth handovers and rapid time-to-value for new customers. Additionally, representing the product at on-site presentations, events, and partner meetings to gather market feedback will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Drive regional revenue through identifying, prospecting, and closing new business accounts - Qualify leads, map customer needs to product capabilities, create tailored proposals, and manage the full sales cycle - Maintain and update CRM records, pipeline status, and sales activity - Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs through structured territory planning, route optimization, and account prioritization - Collaborate with pre-sales, implementation, and customer success teams - Represent the product at on-site presentations, events, and partner meetings; gather market feedback Qualifications Required: Must-Have: - Field Sales experience - B2B Sales experience - Cold Calling skills - Territory Management expertise - Salesforce CRM knowledge - Sales Pipeline Management experience Preferred: - Experience selling SaaS or cloud communications solutions - Local language proficiency for assigned territory - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently Additional Details: The company offers a competitive base salary with performance incentives and a clear, attainable target structure.
