Cloud Communications / SaaS — customer experience, contact-center and telephony solutions selling to enterprises and SMBs across India. This role is fully on-site and focused on building regional market presence through direct field engagement.

Field Sales Business Development Executive

About The Opportunity

Join a high-growth team delivering cloud telephony and contact-center technology to enterprise and SMB customers. As a Field Sales BDE you will own territory-level prospecting, qualify and close commercial deals, and convert inbound interest into long-term customer relationships through consultative on-site selling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive regional revenue by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business accounts through in-person meetings and demos.
  • Qualify leads, map customer needs to product capabilities, create tailored proposals, and manage the full sales cycle to closure.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, pipeline status, and sales activity to ensure accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs through structured territory planning, route optimization, and account prioritization.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure smooth handovers and rapid time-to-value for new customers.
  • Represent the product at on-site presentations, events, and partner meetings; gather market feedback to inform product and pricing strategies.
