Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Hyatt Centric. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including cocktails and mocktails.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and restocked.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guests' requests and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay updated on new menu items and promotions to enhance guest experiences.
Participate in inventory management, ordering supplies and managing stock levels.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of beverage preparation methods and ingredients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred.
