Job Description

Job Title: Bartender

Job Summary:

We are seeking for an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of beverages, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
Take drink and food orders and deliver them promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Check customers' identification to verify legal drinking age.
Monitor and manage customer behaviour to prevent overconsumption or disruptive behavior.
Keep the bar stocked with necessary supplies, including liquor, garnishes, glassware, and ice.
Process transactions using POS systems accurately.
Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and alcohol laws and guidelines.
Upselling skills to increase sales.

Qualifications:

Proven bartending experience preferred.
Fair knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling cash and card payments.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, RBS) is a plus.
Flexibility when it comes to shifts.

Rotational day shifts and week offs
