Job Description

Operations & Service

  • Oversee daily bar and pub operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
  • Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
  • Plan bar layouts, service flow, and staffing as per business volume.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and brand standards.

Team Management

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bartenders and bar stewards.
  • Conduct regular training on cocktails, spirits, wines, upselling, and service etiquette.
  • Monitor staff performance and enforce discipline and grooming standards.

Inventory & Cost Control

  • Manage bar inventory, stock levels, and procurement of liquor, mixers, and bar supplies.
  • Control beverage cost, minimize wastage, breakage, and pilferage.
  • Conduct daily and monthly stock audits and reconciliation.

Menu & Revenue Management

  • Design and update cocktail and beverage menus in line with trends and guest preferences.
  • Introduce promotions, happy hours, signature cocktails, and themed nights.
  • Upsell premium brands and increase average check value.

Financial & Reporting

  • Prepare daily sales reports, cost analysis, and performance reports.
  • Coordinate with accounts for billing, credit control, and timely settlements.
  • Ensure all bar sales are properly billed and accounted for.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure strict adherence to excise laws, liquor license regulations, and legal drinking age norms.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards as per FSSAI and hotel policy.
  • Handle cash responsibly and follow audit requirements.

Guest Relations

  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
  • Build rapport with regular guests and VIPs to enhance loyalty.
  • Coordinate with F&B, security, and front office teams for seamless operations.

Events & Coordination

  • Plan and execute bar operations for events, parties, and banquets.
  • Coordinate with banquet and kitchen teams for paired menus and event timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,940.14 - ₹45,846.41 per month
