Job Description

1. Greet and Welcome Guests: Welcome guests, show them to their tables, and ensure a warm and friendly atmosphere. 2. Manage Reservations: Take and confirm reservations, manage waitlists, and coordinate seating arrangements. 3. Coordinate Table Assignments: Assign tables to servers, ensure efficient service, and make adjustments as needed. 4. Maintain Waiting Area: Ensure the waiting area is clean, comfortable, and well-organized. 5. Communicate with Staff: Communicate effectively with staffs members of ensure smooth service. 6. Handle Guest Complaints: Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. 7. Manage Table Turnover: Ensure tables are turned over efficiently, and guests are seated promptly. 8. Maintain Restaurant Ambiance: Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and inviting atmosphere in the restaurant.
