Location: Lower Parel | Full-Time | Flexible Shifts(12-9 and 3-12)

1 Rotational Off Per Week | Immediate Joiner Preferred

We are looking for a warm, welcoming, and professional Restaurant Hostess to be the face of our dining experience. If you love interacting with people and creating positive first impressions, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests with a friendly and courteous attitude upon arrival.

Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments effectively.

Coordinate guest seating with the service team for efficient operations.

Provide guests with menus, share wait time updates, and guide them through the dining experience.

Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback professionally.

Maintain a clean and organized reception/front desk area.

Ensure guest satisfaction from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Candidate Requirements

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Well-groomed and presentable personality.

Customer-focused with a warm and welcoming attitude.

Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles is an advantage.

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Fluent in English and local languages preferred.

Immediate joiner preferred.

Salary: 15k to 22k (Depends upon interview performance and last drawn)
