Center Manager

We’re Hiring: Centre Manager – Mangalore

Location: Mangalore, Karnataka

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 (Net, based on experience)

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 3pm to 12 (extendable as per operational needs)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week | 1 Rotational Off

Gender: Male Candidates Only

Joining: Immediate or within 15 Days

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Centre Manager to lead daily operations at Funcentral Family Entertainment Centre (FEC), Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving a monthly sales target of ₹1 Crore+, and ensuring a world-class guest experience across gaming, F&B, and events. Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and revenue to consistently achieve or exceed ₹1 Cr+ monthly targets

Oversee gaming zones, F&B operations, birthday parties, and group events

Lead, motivate, and manage the team to ensure top performance and service quality

Monitor P&L, control costs, and optimize profitability

Ensure seamless operations, facility maintenance, and guest satisfaction

Handle escalations and maintain high guest feedback ratings

Candidate Requirements

✔ 3–7 years of experience in retail, F&B, gaming zones, QSR, or hospitality management

✔ Proven track record in sales target achievement and team management

✔ Strong understanding of operations SOPs, P&L handling, and guest service excellence

✔ Flexible to work weekends and extended hours as per business needs

✔ Proficient in Excel, reporting, and MIS management
