Job Description

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

1. The primary responsibility of the Center Administrator is to ensure availability and delivery of quality facilities and amenities to all patients. Further, to ensure patient satisfaction and resolve all issues relating to them.

2. Act as a link between the Management and Centre staff.

3. Manage all daily operations at the centre under charge with particular attention to the following:

a. Implement SOPs and policies on the basis of structured procedures and quality norms for different areas of activity in the center.

b. Implement policies and procedures in conformity with standards required by NABH.

c. Interact, engage and coordinate with doctors, physicians, nurses, technicians, and other medical and non-medical staff working at the Centre.

f. Manage all stocks and stores.

g. Minimize wastage of resources.

g. Ensure cleanliness in all areas at the Centre.

h. Ensure that the duty rosters of all staff are prepared well in advance and that these are adhered to.
