Bar Operations Set up and break down the bar area before and after shifts. Restock beverages, garnishes, glassware, and supplies throughout the shift. Maintain cleanliness of bar surfaces, equipment, and storage areas. Follow all cash-handling procedures, including operating POS systems and processing payments. Compliance & Safety Confirm age verification for alcohol service following legal requirements. Adhere to health, sanitation, and safety guidelines at all times.
