As the F&B Manager, you will be responsible for designing delicious and attractive menus, continuously making improvements, and ensuring the forecasting, planning, sourcing, and ordering of food supplies for the kitchen and beverages for the bar. Building positive relationships with food and beverage vendors will be crucial, along with adhering to the F&B budget and managing day-to-day F&B operations.
