Duties & Responsibilities Assigned
1.Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
2.Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions.
3.Handle customer payments, process refunds, and exchange currency.
4.Maintain a high level of customer service and respond to customer queries Monitor and report any discrepancies or issues with the POS system.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
6. Maintain a clean and organized workplace
7. Any cash shortage or billing discrepancy occurs due to negligence or err the employee will be responsible for reimbursing the short amount. This amount will either be directly paid by employee or deducted employee's salary
