Job Description

As a Commis 1, you play a crucial role in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes while upholding hygiene and safety standards. Your responsibilities include: - Assisting senior chefs in daily kitchen operations, contributing to smooth service, and enhancing the hotel's culinary reputation. - Preparing ingredients, cooking, and plating dishes in accordance with the hotel's quality standards. - Ensuring consistency in food taste, presentation, and portioning. - Following hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations as per hotel policies. - Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, workstations, and storage areas. - Monitoring stock levels and promptly reporting shortages to the Chef de Partie. - Assisting in receiving, inspecting, and correctly storing ingredients. - Learning and adapting to new recipes and techniques under the guidance of senior chefs. - Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. - Supporting team members to achieve service excellence and guest satisfaction. **Qualifications Required:** - Total work experience of 2 years (Preferred) Please note that this is a full-time position located in person.,
