Job Description

  • Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior chefs.
  • Ensure timely preparation, plating, and presentation of dishes.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and strictly follow food safety & hygiene standards.
  • Support inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating stock.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.
  • Uphold company standards for quality, taste, and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to menu development and suggest improvements when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification.
  • 12 years of experience in a professional kitchen (hotel/restaurant preferred).
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new cooking techniques.
