Job Description

Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior chefs.
Ensure timely preparation, plating, and presentation of dishes.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and strictly follow food safety & hygiene standards.
Support inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating stock.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.
Uphold company standards for quality, taste, and customer satisfaction.
Contribute to menu development and suggest improvements when required.

Requirements

Diploma/Certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification.
12 years of experience in a professional kitchen (hotel/restaurant preferred).
Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new cooking techniques.
