Our mission is to provide fully serviced luxury villas to our customers. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business. Job Summary: As a Sales Executive for a real estate developer, you'll be responsible for driving revenue through property sales, engaging with clients, negotiating deals, and staying updated on market trends, while also collaborating with internal teams to achieve company goals. Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement:Identify and pursue potential clients, conducting presentations and showcasing real estate solutions. Conduct property viewings and organize site visits for prospective customers. Understand client needs and requirements to present appropriate properties. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through direct meetings, phone calls, and emails. Sales and Negotiation:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Negotiate deals and ensure client satisfaction. Prepare and present competitive offers to clients. Assist clients in navigating the closing process. Market Knowledge and Reporting:Stay updated on market trends, zoning regulations, and real estate laws. Conduct market research to provide accurate property valuations and insights. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to the sales management team. Team Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to achieve company goals. Foster synergy among sales, marketing, and operational teams. Share insights and strategies with team members for client success.
