About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Bar Manager to oversee daily bar operations at The Zen Park. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service standards and the ability to manage a team while maintaining a vibrant and premium bar atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction
• Supervise, train and schedule bartenders and service staff
• Maintain inventory, stock levels and place orders for bar supplies
• Ensure all beverages are prepared and served according to quality and hygiene standards
• Create and update cocktail menus; assist in introducing new signature drinks
• Monitor bar revenue, control costs and implement strategies to increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and compliance with food & beverage regulations
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate with the F&B Manager and hotel management for events and promotions

Requirements

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in bar management or F&B operations
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverages and bar equipment
• Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills
• Ability to manage staff and handle high-pressure service environments
• Knowledge of inventory control and basic budgeting
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak hours
