Bar Manager

As a Bar Manager, your role involves maintaining inventory, creating drink and food menus, determining employees" schedules, ensuring the bar is well-stocked and clean, and tracking customer behavior and sales. You will also be responsible for maintaining the budget, monitoring costs, and keeping drink recipe documentation up to date. Additionally, you will oversee the planning of special events and appropriately delegate tasks to the staff.
