Bar Manager

Overview:

We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Bar Manager to lead bar operations, maintain beverage standards, manage inventories, and deliver an outstanding guest experience—especially during live match screenings and peak operational hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar operations, staffing, and service standards
• Train, coach & supervise bartenders and bar support staff
• Maintain beverage inventory, ordering, stock controls & cost management
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, licensing laws, and safety regulations
• Plan and execute promotions, events & signature cocktails aligned with brand experience
• Drive guest engagement, complaint resolution & service improvements
• Monitor P&L, minimize wastage, and achieve beverage revenue targets

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in bar operations (hospitality, pub, brewery or sports bar preferred)
• Strong mixology knowledge and understanding of beverage trends
• Excellent communication, leadership & team handling skills
• Knowledge of POS systems, liquor standards, and inventory management
