Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Captain to join our team at The Ocean Pearl Times Square in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. Candidates should have 1-5 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate banquet events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service.
Supervise and train staff members to maintain exceptional customer service standards.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
Develop and implement effective event plans, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and goals.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Banquet Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to handle unexpected situations.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of event planning and management principles is essential.
Familiarity with hotel operations and restaurant procedures is preferred.
