Job Description

Bancassurance Sales Manager Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of sales professionals focused on bancassurance channel.
Drive life insurance sales through bank branches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff to generate leads and achieve targets.
Train, guide, and motivate the team to achieve business objectives.
Monitor performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure team productivity.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 5 years
of experience in
Life Insurance Sales
, preferably in the Bancassurance channel.
At least 2 years
of proven experience in a
team handling
role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage targets and work under pressure.
Good relationship management and customer service skills.
