Website: www.orextrade.com Position Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage the administrative and support functions of our global operations. This role involves handling data, coordinating with clients and internal teams, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth backend processes. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks with accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Data Management & Reporting Maintain and update client, lead, and shipment databases accurately. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and activity reports for management. Client Coordination Support the sales team by preparing proposals, invoices, and contracts. Respond to basic client queries via email or chat and escalate as needed. Documentation & Compliance Handle documentation for memberships, shipments, and trade services. Ensure proper filing and compliance with company policies. Internal Support Coordinate between different departments (sales, marketing, and operations) to ensure smooth execution of tasks. Monitor pending tasks and follow up with relevant stakeholders. System & Process Handling Manage CRM and internal tools to ensure all records are updated. Assist in process improvement and standard operating procedures. Requirements & Qualifications: Education: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 1–3 years in back office, admin, or operations (experience in logistics/trade industry preferred). Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good written and verbal communication in English. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Personality: Reliable and disciplined.
