• Proactively make outbound cold calls to qualified leads—SMBs and enterprise-level prospects
across sectors like ecommerce, BFSI, retail, and more.
• Communicate ZAPIM’s value proposition clearly highlighting enterprise-grade infrastructure,
SMS and voice integration, omnichannel capabilities, and exceptional delivery metrics.
• Identify prospects’ pain points and articulate how ZAPIM solves them (e.g., high delivery rates,
DND reachability, multilingual messaging, integration ease, 24/7 support).
• Handle objections and follow a structured sales cadence to progress leads through discovery,
product demo setup, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new
clients.
• Maintain weekly call logs, lead status reports, and CRM updates.
