Position: B2B Sales Executive Location: Remote (India) Experience: 2–5 years Compensation: 35,000 INR per month About: We are working on an emerging content creation and marketing platform that bridges the gap between brands and everyday creators by delivering scalable, high-quality content. As we prepare for rapid growth, we are seeking an ambitious and results-driven B2B Sales Analyst to lead our outreach to D2C brands across India. This role is ideal for someone with experience in brand partnerships, SaaS sales, or D2C growth, who thrives in a high-energy, performance-oriented startup environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and engage with potential brand clients, with a focus on Tier 1 to Tier 3 D2C companies across categories. Own the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and outreach to conducting product demos, negotiating terms, and closing deals. Effectively communicate the Ucreate value proposition to brand decision-makers through presentations, calls, and written pitches. Achieve and exceed monthly onboarding and revenue targets by executing high-conversion sales strategies. Collaborate with the founding team to continuously refine pitch materials, product-market positioning, and outbound sales messaging. Maintain detailed records of outreach, pipeline status, and conversion metrics using CRM tools. Stay informed about trends in the creator economy, D2C marketing, and digital content needs to guide sales conversations and identify new opportunities. Candidate Profile: 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, D2C, advertising tech, or marketing solutions. Proven track record of lead generation, client engagement, and successful deal closures. Strong familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent) and outbound sales tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Hindi is preferred. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
