Job Title: Part-Time Graphic Designer (Posters, Layouts & Visual Edits) Location: Remote Job Type: Part-Time (Flexible Hours, 15–20 hrs/week) Pay: 15000 per month About the Role: We're looking for a part-time Graphic Designer/illustrator who thrives on crafting striking, design-forward layouts and visual storytelling. You’ll be responsible for designing music/event-inspired posters and assisting our content team with building snappy reels, promos, and campaign visuals that feel curated and cinematic. If you're passionate about typography, editorial layouts, and love being part of the visual execution process—from static graphics to motion—this role is for you. Create bold typographic layouts combining images, textures, and grid systems. Adapt and remix visual aesthetics like grunge, vaporwave, brutalist, Y2K, and retro-futurism . Content & Edit Support: Research and source the best available stock footage , video clips, and IG reel references for our edits. Find clips from existing event promos and help curate visual storyboards. Collaborate with our in-house video editor by supplying design elements, quick mockups, and visual cues during the edit process. Assist in building on-brand overlays, titles, and assets used within video content. Additional Contributions: Maintain an evolving moodboard and asset library of fonts, textures, clip references, and visuals. Stay updated with design and motion trends across Instagram, Pinterest, and Behance. Contribute to brainstorming sessions on visual style and tone across campaigns. What We’re Looking For: A strong portfolio that showcases poster layouts, flyer design, or visual compositions . Solid knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator (Figma or Canva is a bonus). Good visual judgment with the ability to blend type, image, and motion aesthetics . Comfortable working collaboratively and adapting to evolving visual directions. Bonus Points If You: Have basic motion design or video editing skills. Know how to work with editors using tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects. As we prepare to launch our MVP, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Analyst and Executive to support our operations, logistics, and creator coordination. This is a critical execution role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and is eager to take ownership of end-to-end operational processes. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor the shipment of products between brands and creators, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries. Maintain and regularly update internal trackers for shipping, creator onboarding, and video turnaround timelines. Flag delays, escalate issues promptly, and ensure resolution with minimal disruption. Assist in the onboarding and management of new creators on the platform, guiding them through the process. Collaborate closely with the COO to fulfill operational requirements, assist in research, and implement new systems as needed. Own and maintain detailed documentation of all operational processes, workflows, and SOPs. Monitor and uphold quality control standards across shipments and content deliverables. Candidate Profile: 1–3 years of experience in logistics, coordination, creator management, or operations (e-commerce, marketplace, or agency background preferred). Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, email communication, and basic CRM tools. Highly organized, reliable, and efficient with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
