Sales Intern (Client Outreach & Research)

Location: Remote

Type: Internship (Full-time)

Duration: 3–6 months

Stipend + Performance based


About Us:

We’re a fast-growing creative agency specializing in 3D animation, CGI videos, and post-production for some of India’s top brands. Our work blends art and technology to create stunning visuals that drive engagement. We’re now expanding our client base — and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Intern to help us reach new leads and start meaningful conversations.


Role Overview:

As a Sales Intern, you’ll play a key role in identifying, researching, and reaching out to potential clients across industries such as fashion, beauty, tech, lifestyle, and entertainment. You’ll engage with prospects primarily via Instagram DMs and phone calls, introducing them to our services and setting up meetings for our core team.


Responsibilities:

Research potential brands, agencies, and production houses that align with our services.

Identify key decision-makers (marketing heads, creative directors, brand managers, etc.).

Reach out to leads via Instagram DMs, LinkedIn, and phone calls.

Maintain and update a lead database with outreach status and notes.

Coordinate with the internal sales and creative teams to schedule follow-up calls or presentations.

Assist in tracking responses, analyzing outreach performance, and suggesting improvements.


Requirements:

Strong communication skills (spoken and written English & Hindi).

Confident and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.

Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

Interest in marketing, sales, branding, or the creative industry.

Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.


Good to Have:

Previous experience in sales, marketing, or client outreach (even at a college level).

Knowledge of the advertising, CGI, or design industry.
