Our goal is to deliver trend-forward designs with strong aesthetics, sharp pricing, and a modern digital-first presence. ⸻ Role Overview We are looking for a Marketing Intern who will work closely with the founding team and take ownership of the brand’s end-to-end marketing efforts. This role offers hands-on exposure across social media, paid ads, SEO, e-commerce analytics, and overall brand marketing strategy. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Manage and grow Beluga’s social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) • Plan, draft, execute, and monitor Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns • Assist in SEO planning and execution (keywords, content optimization, basic audits) • Track and analyze e-commerce performance metrics (traffic, conversions, ROAS, CTR, etc.) • Support marketing initiatives for product launches, campaigns, and promotions • Ensure consistent brand voice and visual direction across all marketing channels • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to execute marketing plans efficiently • Take ownership of the overall marketing function and suggest data-backed improvements ⸻ Eligibility & Skills Required • Strong foundational knowledge of marketing concepts and digital marketing • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Creative, innovative, and trend-aware mindset • Familiarity with social media platforms, Meta Ads Manager, SEO basics, and analytics tools • Interest in fashion, bags, accessories, and lifestyle brands • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment ⸻ What You’ll Gain • Real-world exposure to building and scaling a fashion & lifestyle brand • Hands-on experience across performance marketing, branding, and analytics • Opportunity to contribute ideas and take ownership from day one • Potential for full-time conversion based on performance
