Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Pune for a Sales and Marketing Intern. The Sales and Marketing Intern will assist the team with identifying potential clients, managing customer inquiries, supporting sales campaigns, and contributing to the development of marketing strategies. The intern will also be actively involved in learning customer acquisition techniques, sharpening sales skills, and ensuring client satisfaction by providing excellent service.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills and proficiency in Customer Service to effectively engage with clients.
• Understanding of Sales and Sales Management fundamentals, with a focus on generating leads and maintaining client relationships.
• Experience or interest in Training and skill development within a professional setting.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Stipend

• ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month

Working Days & Schedule

• Full-time, on-site
• Weekly off: Tuesday
