Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Business Development Intern. The intern will be responsible for conducting market research, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing market trends, communicating with potential clients, making client calls, coordinating and attending site visits, and assisting the Business Development team in their efforts to expand our client base and enhance client relationships.

• Strong Analytical Skills for assessing market trends and data
• Effective Communication skills to interact with clients and team members
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Enthusiasm for the real estate industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
