About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced B2B SaaS Sales Head to lead our sales initiatives in the US market. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and ensuring our sales strategies align with our business goals. This role requires deep expertise in B2B SaaS sales, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy Development

    : Design and implement an effective sales strategy tailored for the US market to achieve aggressive growth targets.
  2. Revenue Growth

    : Drive significant revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing customer relationships, and maximizing customer lifetime value.
  3. Leadership and Team Management:

    Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance on best practices and strategies to excel in a competitive market.
  4. Market Research and Analysis

    : Continuously analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  5. Pipeline Management

    : Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent activity across all stages of the sales process.
  6. Customer-Centric Approach

    : Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience that aligns with our brand.
  7. Performance Monitoring:

    Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in messaging and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role focused on the US market. Must have experience in US SaaS or B2B SaaS in India or any other country.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets and growing market share in the US.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing sales teams.
  • Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the US B2B SaaS landscape, including key trends, competitors, and customer needs.
