Software Sales / SaaS / ERP Solutions , tailored to your specifications: Job Title: Sales Head Software Sales / SaaS Sales / ERP Solution Sales Location: Noida / Gurugram Experience: Minimum 8 Years Age Limit: Up to 42 Years Job Type: Full-time Travel Requirement: Frequent Client Visits (Domestic) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead and drive our software sales, including SaaS and ERP solutions , targeting both corporate and government clients . The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of achieving sales targets, have strong professional relationships in the public and private sectors, and demonstrate high proficiency in English (written and spoken). This role requires extensive travel, excellent leadership, and hands-on experience with CRM tools. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for software products (SaaS, ERP, and related solutions) . Build and nurture strong relationships with large government departments, PSUs, and corporate clients . Identify new business opportunities and lead end-to-end sales cycles. Ensure effective utilization of Sales CRM tools for lead management, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting. Represent the company in high-level meetings and negotiations with clients and government stakeholders. Work closely with the technical and product teams to align offerings with client requirements. Ensure regular client interactions, follow-ups, and feedback collection to enhance service quality. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies. Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets within the specified timeframe. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience in software sales, preferably in SaaS and ERP domains . Strong background in dealing with Corporate & Government clients (state/central ministries, PSUs, etc.) and corporate accounts. Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken. Solid experience in using Sales CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc.). Proven ability to manage high-value accounts and long sales cycles. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings across regions. Goal-driven and result-oriented approach to sales. Leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor sales teams (if applicable). Preferred Qualifications: MBA in Sales/Marketing or equivalent professional qualification. Experience with government e-procurement platforms and RFP/RFQ processes. Strong network of contacts in IT procurement divisions of government and large enterprises .
