Role & responsibilities Excellent Communications Skills. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat Provide training to the customer about the product and its features. Identify customer needs and help customers to use specific features Analyze and update internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers Should resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. Identify and Share feature requests and effective workarounds in the internal database. Inform customers about new features and functionalities Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives Contribute to Knowledge base content and video activities Client document uploads and Document verifications whenever required.
