About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented B2B Marketing Specialist to lead campaign execution and platform management across GoHighLevel, email marketing, social media, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising. This role is key to driving lead generation, nurturing, and brand awareness for a rapidly growing financial technology business.

Responsibilities

  • GoHighLevel. Salesforce, Zoho, HUbspot CRM
  • Set up, manage, and optimize workflows, automations, and lead assignments within the platform.
  • Ensure integration with other sales/marketing systems and maintain clean, organized databases.
  • Build and update pipelines, dashboards, and reporting for marketing and sales teams.
  • Email Marketing
  • Develop and execute outbound and nurture campaigns using platforms like Instantly, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
  • Segment lists, design automations, monitor deliverability, and analyze open/click/conversion rates.
  • Social Media Management
  • Schedule, publish, and engage across company LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and (optional) Twitter.
  • Support content calendar creation and basic creative editing (Canva or similar).
  • Respond to basic inquiries and manage engagement metrics.
  • PPC Advertising
  • Launch and optimize B2B campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), and/or LinkedIn.
  • Coordinate creative assets and A/B tests, monitor spend, and report on performance.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with sales and leadership to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Maintain clear documentation, process guides, and regular performance updates.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or demand generation, ideally in B2B environments.
  • Proven exposure to GoHighLevel or similar marketing automation/CRM platforms.
  • Working knowledge of email marketing principles, segmentation, and engagement tactics.
  • Experience managing organic and paid social channels for business (preferably LinkedIn and Facebook).
  • Basic experience with PPC platforms (Google Ads and/or Meta/LinkedIn Ads).
  • Analytical skills and familiarity with reporting using marketing dashboards or spreadsheets.
  • Strong written/verbal communication, attention to detail, and organizational ability.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial services or fintech marketing.
  • Familiarity with copywriting, design (Canva, basic video editing), or landing page builders.
  • Understanding of lead scoring/qualification and sales pipeline reporting.
