Job Description

We are looking for a highly qualified B2B Marketing & Brand Solutions Specialist with experience in multiple digital and traditional marketing channels. The key role of the specialist will be driving the strategic growth of the brand in a highly competitive technology solutions business environment. S/he will have the responsibility of owning the marketing communications internal and external of the brand and the professional development of their staff, as well as fostering strong relationships with key accounts by building B2B-focused marketing materials. The B2B Marketing and Brand Solutions Specialist will come from a media planning background and be able to deliver strategic and innovative campaigns for the brand that aligns with the business. In addition, S/he will assist on new business projects as required.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough audience and market research – proficiency in a host of media and AI tools necessary

• Create and foster internal relationships, and with key accounts externally

• Proactively present new ideas that enhance and develop the brand’s growth

• Manage the team – Management/Media trainees – and train and develop them

• Drive new market/industry opportunities • Marketing activations – identify relevant industry events for the brand to participate in, drive ownership of MQLs and assist in delivering SQLs by working closely with the sales team

• Build marketing processes – and ensure QA and adherence to it across the management spectrum

• Other duties as required by the Management

Qualification & Skills:

• Graduate/PG in Business Management

• Overall, 4-5 years of experience in all forms of media, project management with planning experience of at least 2 years

• Successful track record of building relationships and managing internal and external engagements

• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

• The candidate needs to be able to quickly gain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s needs, requirements, growth strategy and devise marketing interventions accordingly

• Strong business, technical and problem-solving skills

• Highly organized and proven professional, with demonstrated ability to create and administer complex campaign schedules, communicated in a straight talking, open and easily digestible manner

• Knowledge of the online advertising industry and all other media platforms

• Proven capacity to utilize analytics to drive campaign optimization

• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills

• Professional maturity, integrity, discipline and a positive attitude
