Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
· Define sales, channel and go-to-market for product assigned which are aligned to our vendors.
· Identify, recruit and enable channel and solutions partners; conduct regular solutions and sales updates, etc
· Be the sales champion for assigned product solutions among selected high-touch accounts; establish sales development plan targeting business and technical decision markers; plan and execute quarterly target account activities.
· Lead quarterly business planning process and business review with respective vendor, ensure close interaction and collaboration among vendors in term of joint GTM strategy and solutions.
· Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment to negotiation and deal closure.
· Pitch for cybersecurity services solutions by educating the customers about emerging threats and suggest solutions like XDR, EDR, SOC, NOC. Candidates with prior knowledge in sentinelone, ninjaone, secureworks, mimecast, perception point, VAPT is preferred.
2. Team Leadership:
· Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team specializing in cloud services.
· Set individual and team KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team productivity.
3. Client Engagement:
· Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and recommending tailored cloud solutions.
· Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met.
· Build long-term client relationships, driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
4. Market and Industry Expertise:
· Stay updated on cloud technology trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments.
· Provide insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams to refine offerings and value propositions.
5. Reporting and Analytics:
· Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline data, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
· Present periodic business updates to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields (MBA preferred).
· Experience: 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in cloud solutions or IT services and 1 or 2 years in cyber security.
· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
· Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) related technologies and cyber security products.
· Experience in leading sales teams and managing C-suite relationships.

· Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
· Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
· Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
