Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Architecting

• Design scalable, client-centric solutions using BPM platforms (Appian, Pega, Camunda).
  
• Present ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) pricing and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate solutions.
  
• Lead process discovery sessions and map as-is vs. to-be process flows.
  
• Address both technical and functional aspects aligned to business goals.
  

2. Proposal Development

• Drive RFP, RFI, and proactive proposal responses with customized solution narratives.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to highlight ROI, cost-benefit, and transformation impact.
  
• Ensure compliance with key regulations:
  

• US:

  NAIC, HIPAA

• Europe:

  GDPR, Solvency II, and regional insurance laws

3. Technical & Domain Expertise

• Deep hands-on experience with Appian, Pega, Camunda, automation tools, and integration frameworks.
  
• Provide domain-specific consultation across US and EMEA insurance markets.
  
• Track emerging tech trends, InsurTech innovations, and digital maturity frameworks.
  

4. Sales Enablement & Client Engagement

• Partner with sales teams for product training, sales collateral, and go-to-market strategies.
  
• Participate in workshops, demos, and solution discussions with insurers, MGAs, and TPAs.
  
• Act as a strategic advisor in client transformation journeys.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (Masters preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of BPMN, automation, and process transformation tools.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  
• Experience using CRM tools, proposal platforms, and collaboration tools.
  

Preferred Attributes:

• BPM Certifications (Appian, Pega, Camunda), Six Sigma, or ITIL.
  
• Global delivery experience with multi-regional client engagements (US/EMEA).
  
• Ability to bridge technical solutions with measurable business value.
  
• Awareness of insurance regulations and InsurTech disruptions.
