Job Summary

Telemarketing / Pre-Sales Head

Key Responsibilities

Telemarketing & Pre-Sales Operations

• Lead and manage high-volume inbound and outbound telecalling teams
  
• Drive lead qualification, follow-ups, and appointment closures
  
• Ensure timely allocation of qualified leads to the sales team
  
• Improve call connect ratios, conversion rates, and lead quality
  

Team Leadership & Performance

• Manage Team Leads, Quality Analysts, and Telecallers
  
• Set daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions
  
• Monitor call quality, scripts, and customer interaction standards
  
• Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews
  

Process & Quality Control

• Design and improve telecalling scripts and follow-up processes
  
• Ensure compliance with sales policies and communication guidelines
  
• Reduce lead leakage, duplication, and incorrect closures
  
• Coordinate with Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams
  

MIS & Reporting

• Track and publish daily MIS on calls, leads, appointments, and closures
  
• Analyze funnel metrics and recommend improvements
  
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and reporting discipline
  

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with Sales Heads to improve appointment-to-conversion ratio
  
• Align with Marketing on campaign performance and lead quality
  
• Support management with insights on customer behavior and market trends
  

Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong experience in

  Telemarketing / Pre-Sales leadership

• Proven ability to manage large calling teams (50+ members preferred)
  
• Excellent knowledge of CRM systems and call center metrics
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and people management skills
  
• Real estate industry experience preferred (plotted/villa/apartment sales)
