Job Description

  • Build and execute presales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee online/offline lead generation and improve overall conversion.
  • Lead, guide, and train the presales team for timely and effective customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create presentations, brochures, virtual tours, and other sales tools.
  • Conduct market research to understand competition, pricing, and customer preferences.
  • Track and report key metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, and enquiry-to-visit ratios.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between presales, sales, CRM, and marketing.
  • Maintain an updated customer database and use CRM tools for follow-ups and nurturing.
  • Support sales teams during site visits, demos, and presentations.
