Job Summary:

A Presales Head will be responsible for driving business growth by leading the design and articulation of cutting-edge AI, GenAI, and comprehensive digital transformation solutions to enterprise clients. This leader will bridge the gap between commercial strategy and technical execution, acting as a trusted advisor to CXO-level stakeholders and guiding clients through their AI adoption and transformation journeys.


Key Responsibilities

  • Presales Strategy & Leadership:

    Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing presales team, ensuring alignment of presales strategies with overall business objectives and sales goals.
  • Solution Design & Architecture:

    Drive the solutioning process from opportunity identification to proposal development. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and architects to design scalable, secure, and cost-effective AI/ML/GenAI solutions and architectures (e.g., RAG, LLMs, NLP, computer vision).
  • Client Engagement & Value Articulation:

    Act as an AI and digital transformation subject matter expert in client meetings, workshops, and industry forums. Translate complex technical concepts and business requirements into compelling, tailored solutions with clear ROI and value articulation for stakeholders.
  • Proposal & Commercial Development:

    Oversee the creation of customized proposals, RFP/RFI responses, SOWs, business cases, financial models, and proof-of-concept (PoC) plans.
  • Sales Collaboration & Deal Closure:

    Partner closely with sales and delivery teams to qualify new business opportunities, provide technical expertise, and drive deals to closure, ensuring a smooth transition to the delivery phase.
  • Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership:

    Stay abreast of AI market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies (e.g., Agentic AI frameworks, new LLMs). Contribute to thought leadership efforts, such as whitepapers, blogs, and presentations, to differentiate the company's value proposition.
  • Enablement & Knowledge Sharing:

    Develop training, playbooks, and case studies for the broader sales and delivery teams to enhance organizational capabilities in new technology areas.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related technical field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT services, with at least 4-5 years in presales, consulting, or solution architecture, including proven experience in a leadership role.
  • Technical Expertise:

    Strong knowledge of AI/ML platforms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face), cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise data ecosystems. Exposure to GenAI, NLP, and conversational AI solutions is essential.
  • Domain Knowledge:

    Deep understanding of digital transformation strategies and industry-specific AI use cases across various sectors. .
  • Communication:

    Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving:

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a consultative approach to understanding client challenges and designing innovative solutions.
