Assistant Vice President – Human Resource Lead

Strategic Leadership

    : Work directly with business leaders to align talent strategy with business priorities and growth objectives

    : Guide and inspire your HRBP team to deliver exceptional results across recruitment, retention, engagement, and performance metrics

    : Design and execute comprehensive talent management strategies that identify, develop, and retain high-potential leaders

  • End-to-End Employee Experience

    : Orchestrate seamless HR support across the entire employee lifecycle through partnerships with C&B, Staffing, Shared Services, Finance, and Learning teams
  • Data-Driven Decision Making

    : Leverage advanced HR analytics to provide actionable insights on workforce planning, talent metrics, and KPIs to executive leadership
  • Change Leadership

    : Spearhead organizational transformations, M&A integrations, and restructuring initiatives with strategic change management expertise


People Development & Culture

  • Leadership Coaching

    : Elevate business leaders and managers through targeted coaching and development programs
  • Culture Champion

    : Foster a high-performance culture that drives engagement, innovation, and results
  • Employee Relations Excellence

    : Provide strategic oversight on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance and positive outcomes

  • Legal & Regulatory Expertise

    : Ensure all HR practices align with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards across multiple jurisdictions
  • Risk Management

    : Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to proactively manage HR-related risks including data privacy and employment law compliance
