You will be responsible for conducting training sessions for sales executives on product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques. Your role will involve developing and implementing sales training modules tailored to the automobile industry, training sales teams on customer engagement, negotiation skills, and closing deals effectively. Additionally, you will be monitoring and assessing the performance of sales executives through training feedback and performance tracking. It will be your duty to provide hands-on coaching and role-playing exercises to improve selling techniques and keep sales teams updated on the latest automotive trends, features, and competitor analysis.
