Job Description

Job Objective: To train dealership staff (Technicians, Service Advisors, Sales Staff, etc.) and enhance their skills to improve customer service, operational efficiency, and overall performance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct onboarding and training programs for new employees. Improve technical and soft skills of dealership staff. Develop and update training modules regularly. Assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback. Communicate updates regarding new processes, systems, and products. Design training strategies based on current trends and best practices. Ensure staff training aligns with dealership goals and SOPs.
