Automobile Sales Trainer

As a Sales Training Manager, your primary responsibility will be to determine the sales training needs for the dealership and its departments. You will be developing and directing sales training plans, programs, and procedures to ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary skills to succeed. Additionally, you will oversee the setup and maintenance of training facilities and be responsible for contacting and scheduling internal or outside lecturers, motivational speakers, and sales, technical, or product specialists. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare reports on the progress of sales trainees under direct or indirect supervision during training periods - Stay abreast of new training methods, techniques of competitors, and pending introduction of new dealership products to ensure current and effective training programs for sales personnel - Collaborate with the Manufacturer Training Manager to improve training standards at the dealership - Listen to dealership phone calls and execute training plans as needed for improvement - Maintain a professional appearance and attend managers" meetings as requested - Perform any other tasks as assigned Qualifications Required: - Experience in the automobile industry: 1 year (Required) In this role, you will work full-time on a permanent basis during the day shift at our in-person work location.
