Job Description

Generate and issue accurate bills/invoices for automobile accessories using TALLY ERP . Verify and cross-check customer orders with stock availability and pricing. Maintain records of daily sales, invoices, and payment receipts. Coordinate with the sales team for order details, pricing discrepancies, and discounts. Assist customers with billing-related queries and resolve discrepancies. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports for management. Reconcile billing data with inventory and accounts. Track and follow up on payments with the finance department or directly with customers. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. Familiarity with billing software (e.g., Tally, ) and MS Excel. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Good communication and organizational skills.
