Automobile Sales Trainer

Immediate requirement of Sales Trainer at Joshi Mercedes Chandigarh.
Job Details:
Experience Required: 5-10 years of trainer experience in automotive brand.
Specialized Knowledge: Communication skills, excellent people management skills, team player, sensitive to training needs of the staff, knowledge of MS office and training methodology and trends in training.

Job Role:

• Conduct Foundation Training on Brand through E-Training for all new sales staff
• Conduct Internal Orientation training for Sales and Customer Service staff
• Conduct Basic Auto Technology Module and Test as per MB India guidelines
• Ensure implementation of On Job Training through Training Log Books
• Conduct Product and Sales Process Training with role plays at dealerships
• Train the team on product launch updates and competition comparison
• On the job training and shadowing for Sales staff to improve conversion and productivity
• Conduct training to Car Delivery Executive & On Road Assistance as and when required
• To design, conduct & monitor timely evaluations after the training has been imparted

Coordination with MB Academy Team on Training Needs
