Asst Manager-HR

As an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with 6-10 years of relevant experience in the real estate sector, your primary responsibility will be to manage core HR functions, drive organizational development, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Your proficiency in KEKA HR will be considered a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. - Implement best practices for talent retention and succession planning. - Oversee HR documentation, contracts, and compliance-related tasks. - Design and implement engagement programs to promote a positive work culture. - Address employee grievances and ensure a harmonious work environment. - Drive performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on KPIs and goal-setting. - Support managers in employee development and training initiatives. - Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements. - Develop and update HR policies aligned with organizational objectives. - Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs to enhance employee competencies. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance. - Proficiency in KEKA HR and other HRIS platforms. - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. - Strategic thinking and ability to align HR initiatives with business goals. - Effective communication and leadership skills. In addition, experience in real estate HR management is highly preferred, and a Masters degree in human resources or a related field from an accredited university is required.
