Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as Associate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Accounts & Audit, Income Tax, GST, FEMA, Valuation, and Corporate Finance. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts & Audit:

• Conduct statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Analyze financial records and reports to identify areas for improvement

Income Tax:

• Manage tax planning, compliance, and advisory services for clients.
• Prepare and file income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Represent clients in income tax assessments and appeals.

GST:

• Oversee GST registration, return filing, and compliance.
• Advise clients on GST implications for their business operations.
• Handle GST audits and assessments.

FEMA:

• Provide advisory services on Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) regulations.
• Assist clients with cross-border transactions, foreign investments, and compliance with RBI regulations.

Valuation:

• Perform business valuations for mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and regulatory purposes.
• Prepare valuation reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders.

Corporate Finance:

• Advise on corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and fundraising activities.
• Conduct financial due diligence and feasibility studies.
• Assist in the preparation of business plans, financial models, and investment proposals.

Qualifications:

• Graduate with relevant work experience of atleast 2 years / Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (not currently pursuing CA)
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, Income tax laws, GST regulations, and FEMA.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho) and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹260,000.00 per year
