Skills and Tools Required: - Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in an internet, media , Classified or digital services sector. - Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building. - Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. - Ability to lead and motivate a diverse sales team. - Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. - MBA is preferred. - High level of adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
